Top sirloin is a flavorful cut well suited to roasting. It's a less expensive alternative to tenderloin roasts, which are naturally more tender but in turn more pricey. Each cut is approximately 8 pounds. Sold frozen to preserve freshness.
Our cattle have free access to our fields, barn and water. They freely roam, and we grow them slowly to enhance their welfare, and the quality of their meat. We feed our cattle a grass-centered diet, supplemented with locally milled grains and never use antibiotics or pesticides.
