Curio Spiced Golden Milk Latte Mix - 4.25 oz.

Turmeric-infused milk, or "golden milk" is an ancient Indian home remedy and a soothing treat. A cousin of ginger, turmeric is prized for its health-giving properties as well as its joyful yellow color. Curio sources their turmeric (6.5% curcumin) from a fair trade, organic cooperative in Sri Lanka and grind it in house for maximum flavor.
Ingredients: Turmeric, ginger, black pepper, sweet cinnamon, cardamom.
For two servings: Pour 2 cups of milk into a saucepan and stir in 2 tablespoons of Golden Milk mix. Heat on medium-high until the milk is steaming but not boiling. Reduce the heat to low and let the spices infuse for 3-5 minutes. Add sweetener to taste - try honey or maple syrup. Strain the infusion into mugs and enjoy. Discard spice solids.
