HOW HOME DELIVERY WORKS
1. Sign Up Online
Check our map to see if you’re in our delivery zone. In the zone? Then click the sign-up button below and you’re on your way! When you sign up, you’ll be assigned a weekly delivery day (Monday - Friday) based on where you live along our route. There is a $15 minimum for delivery, that minimum can be inclusive of our $4 delivery fee.
2. Shop
Choose from over 100 items, including our fresh, small-batch milk, our own pasture raised beef and pork, local produce, and more! We encourage you to create a standing (recurring) order. This can be for the products you need every week. Want to add a special treat or need to adjust quantities? No problem! You can adjust your order online up until midnight the night before your delivery day. Sorry, we can’t accommodate one-time orders, but there’s no contract, so why not give it a try?!
3. Enjoy your delivery!
Our Milkman will arrive on your assigned day with our delicious products. You need not be home however we do need to deliver to a cooler. You can provide your own, purchase our Milk Box, or better yet – have a spare fridge in the garage or basement? We can even put your order right in the kitchen fridge if you so choose! What is the minimum for home delivery?
$15 Minimum
We have a $15 delivery minimum, that $15 can be inclusive of our $4 delivery fee, so essentially $11 worth of product. Can’t hit the minimum each week? But don’t forget, in addition to milk you can get over 100 locally sourced products delivered!
Is there a delivery fee?
$4 Delivery Fee
Yes, our delivery fee is $4 per delivery. By the way, if you recommend our service to someone who becomes a customer, we’ll waive both of your delivery fees for 3 months (after their 4th delivery)! Please note delivery minimum of $15 applies and includes the $4 delivery fee.
Do I have to be home?
No
Not home? Not a problem. We can deliver to a cooler you provide or our Milk Box outside your home. We can also let you know when your order has arrived through an SMS text message. Sign up for text alerts letting you know when your order has been delivered here. Please note, in the case where there is no cooler or Milk Box left, we won’t leave your order. Milk starts to spoil at 40F, and other products packaged in paper need protection (squirrels love our artisan breads). We recommend adding freezer packs to your cooler in warmer months. And when the temps drop below freezing, you have 20-30 minutes to get milk inside before freezing starts to occur. Frozen milk expands and causes the bottles to break…big mess. Crescent Ridge is not responsible for broken bottles due to freezing so plan accordingly.
